Receive your documents securely and in compliance with the law. Your documents are sent directly to your inbound mail on the password-protected Ricoh IDX portal via a secure HTTPS connection.

All communication in the TRAFFIQX® network takes place in encrypted form. The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol guarantees the integrity of messages. Extensive monitoring and logging functions are available to business partners registered on the Ricoh IDX Portal.

The servers on which the TRAFFIQX® network runs are safe and secure in Frankfurt am Main.

This means that the sending and receiving of the data is secure and traceable. This is also proven by the DIN EN ISO 27001 certificate, which Ricoh has.
